Our Commitment to Transparency
We believe in being upfront and transparent with our users. This disclosure explains how compensation is earned through affiliate partnerships on the SweepValet platform.
When you make a purchase through a link originating from our app, a commission may be earned from our retail partners at no extra cost to you. Depending on the link, that commission is earned either by SweepValet (for platform-generated recommendations) or, in many cases, entirely by the user who shared the link.
This model allows us to fund our platform while directly rewarding our community for sharing great product finds.
1. Who Earns the Commission? A Clear Breakdown
We want to be perfectly clear about who earns a commission and when:
If a link is generated by our AI or shown on a general search page within SweepValet: When you click these links and make a purchase, SweepValet earns the commission. This revenue helps us pay for servers, development, and continue improving our service.
If a link is a specific referral link generated and shared by another user: When you click a user's referral link and make a purchase, the user who shared the link earns 100% of the commission paid by Amazon. SweepValet does not take a cut of these user-to-user referral commissions.
2. Our Affiliate Partnerships
SweepValet is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for us to earn fees by linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites. Our User Referral Program also operates through this partnership. We may also have affiliate relationships with other retailers.
3. Our User Referral Program (Earn 100% Commission)
SweepValet offers a unique program where eligible users ("Participants") can generate their own referral links to share with others.
100% Commission Model: When another person makes a qualifying purchase through a referral link you generated and shared, you earn 100% of the resulting commission from the Amazon Associates Program for that sale.
Participant Responsibility: If you are a Participant in our program, you are acting as an independent affiliate. You are solely responsible for your own content and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) Endorsement Guides. This requires you to clearly and conspicuously disclose that you may earn a commission when you share a link.
SweepValet's Role: SweepValet provides the platform and technology for this program but is not responsible for the actions, disclosures, content, or representations of individual Participants. We reserve the right to remove Participants who violate our terms or applicable laws.
4. How Our AI Makes Recommendations
For the recommendations generated by SweepValet (where we earn the commission), our AI is designed to find products that best match your needs based on factors like relevance, user ratings, and value. Our AI recommendations are not driven solely by the commission rates a product offers. We strive to maintain objectivity and prioritize finding the right product for you.
5. Your Agreement
By using the SweepValet website, application, and its features, you acknowledge and agree to these affiliate and referral practices. You understand that:
Either SweepValet OR a participating user may receive financial compensation if you make a purchase through a link from our platform.
Tracking technologies (like cookies) are used to attribute these referrals correctly.
